Conduct research and create a PowerPoint presentation to critically address the following:
Discuss the ethical and legal considerations of organizations doing business abroad in the
face of governmental corruption, both at home and abroad.
Explain the importance (or unimportance) of MNEs maintaining socially responsible activities
outside of its home country as well as the challenges of doing so effectively.
Give at least one example of an effective socially responsible activity by an MNE that has benefitted multiple stakeholders, including the firm itself.

The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
