The subject topic that i am studying is on Creating meaningful HSSE metrics of true value.
My project / dissertation will be on studying all the company’s hazard, event / audit observation reports and recategorizing them into more simpler formats so that we can see better trends and to identify areas of deficiency that may not be getting the correct amount of scrutiny.- Also fining out why only some people report observations and others don’t and how we can get our subcontractors to play their part too
