For the essay I would like to ask you to choose at least two topics, aspects or concepts from two articles (so one of each article). The first article is the one I uploaded (Peretz 2002), the other one is up to you to choose, but it has to be a peer reviewed paper about language and music. I put an example of how it should kind of look like, it is the one about music therapy and autistic children. You can get your ideas from there as long you don’t plagiarize. I don’t even mind if you get most ideas from there as long there is no plagiarism.

– How do these aspects relate to each other, according to the literature?
– How are these aspects similar to each other according to the literature?
– How are they different, according to the literature?
Discussion and conclusions (300 – 500 words) – Please use this as section title
– Recapitulate what you have compared/contrasted and why.
– Summarize the main findings/ideas of the chosen literature;
– How do the findings relate to each other?
– What do the main findings of the chosen literature imply for the chosen field of research (e.g., language perception)?
– What are the open questions regarding these aspects, topics?
– Which are the possible future directions for the research in the field of music and/or language research?
References
At least three references that are peer reviewed, preferably more if possible. I put 30 as number but that means you can choose as many as possible, it doesn’t have to be 30.
