I have attached the rubric my teacher sent out in which it states everything the essay requires. The research question is Does Lady Macbeth conform to societal norms for women in the Renaissance and/or the women of the Middle Ages (The setting of Macbeth is Scotland around 1040.) The answer to this will be the thesis and what the essay revolves around. Lady Macbeth does not conform to the norms that females in society at the time played. I need assistance in expanding this.
