Compare/contrast these 2 historical documents, should non-white races consider themselves to be free/independent and/or oppressed and is the 4th of July a holiday for them to celebrate when considering the historical racial context of the United States. Does the celebration apply to non-white individuals not born in the USA whether a citizen or not?
