Develop a retention schedule for various types of records in your faculty.
Create a table that identifies the type of record and how long the record must be kept.
Examples include Medicare records and records of minors. Include at least five types of records and their retention periods according to state and federal law.
You may also include other guidelines such as insurance or accreditation guidelines that may apply.
