in order to provide reflective examples, connecting theory to practice.
The case studies are intended to be free expressions of thoughts, ideas, opinions, solutions, etc. There are no right or wrong answers, but you should address the questions that are provided in the assignment. Read each of the case studies at least twice. The first reading should be just reading the case like a story. On the second reading, read slower and think about the case as you read it. You will find it useful to mark up the case or make a few notes as you read. Following the second reading, make a list of what you think are some of the important issues. The principal, or whoever is the key person, probably did something or did not do something that you believe is or is not good practice. The emphasis is more on
the issues that the main person should be aware of and making decisions about, rather than on the specific actions that you think might have been taken. It is appropriate to state what you think should have been done. Go ahead and say what you think should or should not have been done. This is what makes for a good discussion!

2. Methodology
I have completed all the field research and will enclose the field notes, interviews, surveys, etc for analysis. Since this is a mixed methods case study, both qualitative and quantitative data need to be examined, analysed and concluded. However, the research is focused on a small group of people and the emphasis is on qualitative data. I would like the research conducted to be used to answer the research questions from the thesis proposal, which I will include. I have almost finished the literature review and will also enclose it to help guide the writer. This chapter will probably require about 12,000-14,000 words.
As for the methodology chapter, I am lost about how to write this, but know I need to describe my case study, as well as how I gathered my data etc. I estimate this chapter will be about 10,000 words.
I would appreciate it if the writer could send a draft of the research chapter first, as soon as possible, within 2-3 weeks, so I can ask my supervisor if it is on the right track and get them immediate feedback.
