Three questions will need to be answered related to these graphs as part of the discussion (maximum word count 600) and a summary concept map.

The writer will need to plot three graphs and perform statistically analysis for two of them using Prism 9 software. This document is part of the submission. Following this each of the graphs will be pasted into a word document requiring figure legends and and appropriate layout (e.g two graphs can be combined if related). Three questions will need to be answered related to these graphs as part of the discussion (maximum word count 600) and a summary concept map. A sample report will be provided, however please do not assume all these answers are correct.

Exercise perfessionals develop various resistance training regimens based upon the client’s goals, however, baseline testing is a critical aspect to assist in the appropriate design of a program for the client. This would include testing for muscular strength and muscular endurance. Although, one critical aspect of this to consider is the clients age and activity levels as this can impact the appropriate tests to be utilized. The most important reason for monitoring muscular fitness is for evaluation and the progression of the resistance training program, but in older adults, function capacity for activity of daily living as well. The purpose of this case study is to identify the appropriate methods of muscular fitness assessment for the proposed group of clients.
