Each group will be assigned to a different stage of development from birth to age 21.
We have age 14-18
a. Explain in great detail the stage of development using different theories. Include the behavioral, cognitive, physical, learning, and adaptive skills during this age group.
b. Identify the social and cultural factors that can affect the individual’s development within this age group and stage of development.
c. Identify environmental factors (Ex. Violence, homelessness, joblessness etc.) that can affect the individual’s development within this age group.
d. Identify limitations or factors that can affect the individual from advancing to the next stage of development.
e. Implement a theoretical milieu (Ex. Social learning theory) that can be used to reinforce positive coping skills during this age group.
