In keeping with the “Metaknowledge framework (K+I=A),” students are asked to write a straw person autobiography, or a critical study or narrative (auto)biography. Numerous examples are be provided throughout the course.
You should create the autobiography based on K+I=A framework, using five contexts.
You should figure out what are those concept at first and use the framework to start.
Your final assignment should be typed. Spelling and grammar will be considered in assigning marks. A font such as Times New Roman (12 point) is preferred and spacing should be one-and-a-half or double-spaced.
I will provide a example from previous students and the notes from the framework. please go through those files carefully!!

Directions:
Select a video.
Complete the information on both your school and the class watched.
Watch the video. Take notes as you watch on good teaching practices, such as (but not limited to) use of assessment to drive instruction (including Checks for Understanding), effective use of technology (student and teacher), differentiated instruction (meeting the needs of varied learners), etc. You may need to watch the video more than once.
Use the template to document the demographic information and describe (500 – 750 words) how the teacher implemented each practice in his/her instruction. What process and procedures did the teacher have to put into place in order for the practice to be effective? Refer to research to support your observation*. Your response should be written in paragraph form using professional language, appropriate grammar, and correct spelling.
Self-assess your reflection using the “Reflection on Teaching Practices Rubric”.
Share the completed template with your Mentor for feedback.
Upload the completed template into itslearning.

In a 750-1,000 word reflection, identify the school settings for the professionals you interviewed and discuss the following:
Describe what you learned about the typical types of disabilities you might expect to see as part of your professional practice. Include discussion of how interacting with the school psychologist could be beneficial in increasing your personal knowledge of the characteristics, causes, and educational implications of these disabilities for students in your classroom.
Describe the perceived differences in roles between the school psychologist and the administrator. Discuss how knowledge of these roles will help you facilitate the collaborative process before referral to special education and throughout the IEP process. Explain how you will use support from the school psychologist and administration once the IEP is written and services have begun.
Discuss how you perceive your role as a teacher in professional development. Explain how you can contribute to and collaborate with an administrator or school psychologist to support other staff and faculty in understanding their roles in the special education process.
Considering what you learned from these two interviews as well as those completed in “Field Experience A,” describe how you will use the experiences shared by the teachers, psychologist, and administrator to inform your personal professional practice.

Pretending you are an educational consultant hired by a principal of a school to advise about how to improve E in the school, complete 1 coding sheet for each of 5 videos from the catalog provided to the class. Treat the five classes you coded as if they all happened in the same school and write a 1,000-2,000-word letter of advice to the principal. The letter must provide your advice, in terms of the independent variables of the universal law of educational energy (P, c1, c2, i2), about what to do to improve educational energy in each class and about what to avoid so that educational energy does not diminish. Provide evidence for the propriety of your advice by referencing your observation data. Attach to the paper five completed coding sheets and a narrative for each sheet explaining your codes.
Grading Criteria for Final Reports: Work demonstrating firm grasp of the topic, clearly written, free of errors in grammar and spelling, neatly typed, with connections to the observational data made obvious will receive the highest grades. To the extent that papers lack focus, clarity, precision, and attention to the data you collected, the grade on the paper will suffer. Severe lack in any one of the grading criteria may result in loss of all points on the assignment.
***** attached are the coding sheet that must be used & AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THIS ASSIGNMENT SHOULD BE COMPLETED for reference !
