You will want to indicate if you have any prior knowledge of the courses you are requesting to take concurrently. Explain how you plan to be successful by taking on two courses at the same time. What is your study plan going to be? How will you handle the additional coursework. What has been your history of grades in previous courses you have completed either with the UOPX or at another university.
Remember, your appeal letter is your opportunity to show why you deserve to be allowed an exception to policy. Policies are in place for a reason, so make your appeal letter as detailed and comprehensive as possible for the best possible chance at a favorable outcome.
