This course has a major project assignment due in Week 5. It will take more than a unit’s effort to adequately complete it. Plan time to start the research and work on the assignment earlier than the week in which it is due.

Using the same organization selected in Week 1 for the course project, complete the following tasks:

  • Assess the types of stakeholders involved in the development process for the product/service of your chosen company.

 Using the same business start-up that you  introduced in Unit IV, select two types of digital marketing that you  would use for your new business. Create a digital metrics dashboard for  each by following the steps below. 

  • Identify two types of digital marketing you would use with your new start-up business.
  • Design a digital metrics dashboard for each of the two types of  digital marketing that would matter to the market researcher. As a new  start-up, make sure you address customer acquisition and retention. Each  dashboard should include a minimum of five metrics.
  • Why did you select these digital metrics for your organization?
  • How would these digital metrics provide the marketer with a better understanding of the customer and retaining that customer?
