Hi, basically you should write about 700~850 words for my organizational class’s Question for Critical Reflection. And the professor provided us instruction like how to write and what to write for critical reflection. Also, she gave us lecture ppt, so you should write my critical reflection based on this. (Professor wants us to read provided ppt and write it)

1. The organisational behaviors can be interpreted differently by cultural differences. Different logics of organisation are effective in different societal contexts. Some contexts are more favourable/unfavourable to the particular practices. Discuss this divergent perspective in international management (or global society) with an example

2. It should be based on the lecture and offer evidence of your further study. I seek and value your contribution, both academically in advancing a sound argument, or a fresh perspective regarding a chosen topic as well as empirically by examining experiences you are familiar, and your demonstrated ability to draw lessons from them.

Your report should be typed, double-spaced, using Arial or Calibri Font with size 12.  Write in complete sentences in paragraph form.
Use headings for each section.
start with an Introduction
include a history of the company including information about the founders with a brief biography;
structure of the company (e.g. number of employees, unionized? organization chart, etc.);
management and/or leadership style;
organizational culture;
products and services offered by the company;
is it an international company?;
how successful is the company?;
who are its competitors?;
and any other pertinent information about the company.
end with a conclusion which sums up the main points of your report.
your report should include a Cover Page which includes your name (if doing it in a group, include all the names of the group members, the course code and section and my name and the name of the company you are profiling.
