Do not write 1 long paragraph

The assignment will be due on November 15 and will be submitted through CANVAS. As with Assignments 1 & 2, think of it as a response paper or journal entry.
As a review, here are some basic guidelines:
Assignment: Write a 2-3 full page response/reflection on the film THE TRUMAN SHOW
Guidelines: To review, you will writing on the film THE TRUMAN SHOW: Some questions to think about as you reflect on the film:
What stands out to you most?:
The characters (what do we learn about Truman over the course of the film?)
The setting (locations used; how does that shape the audiences experiences as they watch the film unfold?)
The style of film (tone, performances, storytelling structure, editing techniques)
The music/sound (how is music and sound used in the film?)
Critique on “Reality Television;” remember this film was released before the “reality TV” surge
Themes of communal viewing, “cult of personality,” “binge-watching” and the “American Dream.”
Product placement and advertising in entertainment; what does the film say about consumerism?
Ending; how do the filmmaker choose to end the films and how does that shape the audience’s experience?
I will leave it open to you to decide. I would select 2-3 elements and focus on those topics rather than trying to write about all the given topics listed above. I encourage you to use examples from The Truman Show to support your observations; just make sure you are not spending too much time summarizing the plot.
Length: The assignment should be 2-3 full pages, double-spaced. Make sure you write full pages so that you do not lose points on submitting an incomplete assignment.
