The LGBTQ community has undergone struggles since the start of the movement, especially in the construction industry. Although they continue to go through the struggle of gaining equal rights they have made great strides towards achieving their goal. My final paper will focus on the struggles the group has gone through and continues to go through as well as the progress they’ve made over the years.
