This paper should be a 2000 word minimum, well-researched paper that demonstrates your knowledge and understanding of a global theater genre. Focus on its origins; relevance to its original society and, if it still an active art form, to the modern world; specific traits associated with it, etc.
Here are some guidelines:
2000 word minimum
Written in a formal style (MLA, APA, Chicago Manual of Style, etc.)
Include a bibliography (not part of the word requirement):
Minimum of 5 sources; minimum of 3 different sources cited
Videos, scholarly websites, articles, books, live performances, and interviews are all acceptable sources
Wikis, blogs, on-line student work are not acceptable sources
Please use academic language; the paper should be a demonstration of your scholarship
