Learning Goal: I’m working on a resume writing writing question and need support to help me learn.
I want to start applying for jobs but need help on updating my resume. I currently work as tech support specialist and help desk work there for 6 months till present. The company name is GoGPS in Sarasota FL Some responsibilities are:
-Responsibilities include providing support on project tasks for performance & capacity mainframe operations
-Discussed issues or challenges, and receive trouble-shooting input/advice from other team members.-
-Maintained a professional and courteous demeanor with frustrated customers.
-Efficiently processed orders via calls, e-mail, live support and voice mail daily.
-experience using Zoho crm
