The City of Happy Citizens is seeking proposals of a web-based personal property management system for its citizens. The software application will help citizens of the city keep a record of their personal property; this information can be used for insurance claims after a natural disaster and during a time of crises.
Following is an example of some of the functionality that the property management system should provide:
1.
o Allow citizens to create a secure property account.
o Allow citizens to add, remove, edit, print, search, download, edit, and so forth property records.
Allow a user with administrative power (super-user) to access all citizens property accounts.
Allow citizens to give other users access to their account.
For this Milestone your team must complete the following tasks:
1. Write a vision statement for the system your team will build. A vision statement should include the motivation (reason) for building the system and the problem it will solve.
2. List your team members names and the titles for the job/jobs they will be performing .
3. List the all the stakeholders definitions; this is the stakeholders names and their interactions with the system.
4. List the tool(s) your team will be using to communicate.
