Read your assigned article and prepare a PowerPoint© presentation. Your presentation should not be a summary of the article. Instead, it should follow a modified SBAR format (explained in detail below) to present your patient case and be focused on the QOL issues associated with the disease state. You should be using other literature to state the rationale for why those issues are present (i.e. pathophysiology of the disease, medication side effects, etc.) and how those issues impact the patient’s QOL. You will then integrate your faith in creating a brief care plan to address the QOL issues. Make sure you cite any and all references using AMA format. SBAR format for presentation.
