Purpose of Assignment: The purpose of this assignment is to explain a proper litigation support system, and weigh the pros and cons of various support software.

Instructions:Content:Your supervising attorney is concerned about growing eDiscovery in the practice of law and would like to utilize new electronic litigation support systems as opposed to the current manual system the firm uses. Research different litigation support systems for law offices and identify in a written memorandum to the attorney the following:
Explain the purpose of litigation support systems
Explain manual litigation support systems and their flaws
Explain the pros and cons of three different electronic litigation support system brands
Provide your recommendation of the best system, and why you chose that particular system
Format:Your memo should be 2-3 pages in length, with at least 3 references formatted according to Bluebook standards. For writing assistance, consider using Grammarly or submitting your written assignment to the Online Writing Lab prior to submitting your assignment.
