Need both a written proposal of the above-mentioned research topic as well as a clear and coherent paper of at least 7 full pages in length. The text must be double-spaced in 12 pt. Greek Art has been incredibly influential. For this weeks discussion post you will need pay attention to your surroundings and as you walk or drive around and identify a building that demostrasts qualities of greek architecture. Take a picture of this building and add it into your discussion board using the image icon button located as the fourth button on the second row of the task bar above the box or simply try to copy and paste.
Compare and Contrast your building of choice with a similar work from this weeks reading. In your discussion board please include:
1. What characteristics and style of greek art are seen in the building you selected

Hiya,
I have a case study assignment due for my History of Art Module; ‘Black Art in a White Context’. The essay question is very broad and they have not given us much guidance, but I will attach the necessary information. The question is:
Write one 1000-word case study on an artwork or exhibition of your choice.
You are expected find an artwork or exhibition that is relevant to the course; History of Art: Black Art in a White Context. Discuss the artwork or exhibition, taking into consideration the way in which it has been exhibited, the context of the work and how that has varied over time. You should find literary sources that discuss your chosen artwork or exhibition, using them to develop your ideas and develop an argument on Black Art in a White Context. The essay should be properly formatted in the Chicago referencing style, including a bibliography at the end, and any images you have referenced.
I have attached the module handbook so you can see the topics we covered in the History of Art course, and keep the essay relevant to what we have learnt (although it should include our own ideas also). I have also attached our discussion forum on Exhibitions, which should be useful.

The purpose of education is not only to determine what someone can do, but also what kind of person they become as a result of their education. Studies in the humanities will advance the communication skills, empathy, self-awareness, judgment, and professionalism of students, and they help students with becoming skilled at the social and cultural context of working with people.
In addition, studying the humanities can help students in the following ways:
Literature can introduce students to life situations with which they may not be familiar.
Drama can teach oral communication.
Philosophy can teach skills of analysis and argument.
Art, literature, drama. and music are expressions of human creativity, and taking part in some form of artistic activity, either as reader or viewer, is part of what makes us human.
For this assignment, choose a work of art that made an impression on you during this course( please select any work of art from the textbook mentioned above). Then, address the following:
