We as a team decided to work on a project called “Smart Inventory Management System, we decided to outsource a software company to produce smart shelves to help with our inventory for our red bull business. we will also deliver the Red Bull to our customers by the use of electric vehicles.
Now I’m supposed to create 2 PowerPoint slides 1- the basic risk register of the project and the second is to research on a smart shelf company I recommended, the company itself, how they work, and how they can benefit the environment as well (if they can) and also a price.
