Think of a time in your life when you and friends or family members experienced an event. Now think about a time when you and someone in that group shared the story with others who did not experience it with you. Were there differences in your recall of the story? Why did one individual remember certain aspects of the event and you did not or vice versa? How did memory strategies play a role in the recall of this event?

Describe the relationship between the expected length of counseling and the goals of the counseling model. In other words, WHY does psychoanalysis take so long? WHY can solution-focused brief therapy last for one session? How would technology-supported counseling impact the counseling process in each of these scenarios?
