What is a change project that you plan on initiating soon or have recently initiated? What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
How do you generally divide your time and set your priorities?
How can someone best prepare for eventually assuming a leadership position?
Which leadership skills were the most difficult to develop?
What’s the most important leadership lesson you’ve learned and how has it proven invaluable?
Was there ever a role you applied for and landed, but weren’t 100% qualified to do? How did you proceed?
Required Steps Following Interview:
1. Record your interview
2. On a Word document provide the Name, Title, Company Name, Contact Information (email/phone number), and brief biographical information (e.g. years of experience, education, etc.)
3. Detail the key themes that emerged for all 8 questions.
