: Equity design driven policy and program development – Review the key steps to design driven program development. Focus your review of each step in detail and experience through the perspective of a current or future public servant either in the nonprofit or government sector. 1. What were some of the biggest insights and skill knowledge you gained through learning about ECD? Make sure to reflect on constructivist listening and the role of prototyping/testing as a way to determine what kinds of policy and program process you’d implement as a manager and leader in a public organization. . What aspects of each phase worked for you, which ones didn’t? Please review each one. 3. What content would you have liked more time and practice on? You don’t need to cover all phases, we want to know what was most useful and what could be improved in the phases that you found least useful. 4.
