– This assessment is mainly a critical appraisal of the program and portfolio management systems and processes in your current place of work (or a workplace you are familiar with). This is part 2 assessment, as part 1 was already done before which was a critical reflection/literature review around the same topic area where I have also attached so that you can read, understand, link and improve (the tutor wanted to have it done before part 2 as a separate part).
– Be extremely concise and smart with your work environment selection as well as the format and structure of this paper. Attempt it as per instructions and note that it has three main parts; introduction, gap analysis, recommendations and change management plan. I have also attached a suggested business case where you can find details on how to properly and academically structure and write this paper.
– Remember to include all the necessary headings and sub-headings throughout the whole paper while keeping an excellent flow of ideas and well-balanced sections. You should make a great use of tables, diagrams, process maps etc. throughout the paper (you can include them in the appendices if it’s more appropriate to not affect the actual/effective writing space).
– I have attached the course notes and the suggested reading list which my tutor always emphasize on (Also, I have attached what the tutor chose to upload from the reading list).
– Read the advice notes and the required marking scheme in the instructions file carefully as it is important to not skip any of them.
– Used a good variety of trusted sources (journals, textbooks, peer-reviewed publications, formal websites etc). I have suggested to use 30 sources but you can be more flexible with the number you need to have.
