You will be allocated a topic which you should draw a research question from. The topic is:
Evaluation of the relation between diet, body composition and mood in university students
As part of the research process, you will produce a research proposal to include a title, introduction with the aim and specific objectives, materials and methods, costings, timescales using a Gantt Chart to include timescale and the order of the investigation. Also the ethics release form needs to be filled out and create a consent form and participant information sheet. Also an example of a recruitment email, health and risk assessment forms, any questionnaire you might wish to use or diet diary that you will give participants. Also if piloting the study write about this in methods (what will you do to pilot the study) before what you will do for data collection.
