It will be more relevant and beneficial if you choose the content standards you are currently using and the grade level you are currently teaching. HE 6143 MODULE 2 ASSIGNMENT – Conducting a SWOT Analysis

The SWOT analysis is one of several strategic planning tools used by organizations, including those in higher education, to ensure clear and measurable objectives are defined for a project/initiative, and that all factors related to the effort, both positive and negative, are identified and addressed. To accomplish this task, the SWOT process involves four areas of analysis: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Choose an area within your organization or one of your choice (My choice is Yuba College in California), and conduct a SWOT analysis. Information on SWOT analyses is located on the Module 2 Learning Objects page.
In a paper, introduce the SWOT analysis and the organizational structure in which it is being used. Include the SWOT graphic showing the analysis. Conclude the paper with a summary of how the findings can potentially benefit the organization.
