The Harvard reading, Contemporary Corporate Communications: Stakeholder engagement and the Business Model, considers the shifting nature of business, society, media, and technology. To effectively communicate to its stakeholders, an organization must manage its identity. On page 5, the author states that crisis management is the most familiar aspect of corporate communication. While you may not work for a large corporation, there is merit to the notion that the organization must speak with one voice and speak quickly in a crisis. What forces (tradition, practice, and policy) would direct your organization’s public response if something horrible occurred at 4:38 this afternoon?

You will submit a rough draft of your resume and a cover letter for this week’s assignment. For the cover letter, you are applying to your dream job, whatever that may be. There is no criteria here, but remember, the better the resume, the better the chances are that you will get the job. You will be graded based on the effort you put into the project.
I’m a little confused as to how I’m supposed to do a cover letter and resume. I started what looks like resume but I’m not sure. I will also attach it below. Feel free to make any changes that is needed and if you have any question, please reach out to me! My mom usually helps me with this but is not available at the moment. I noticed for the cover letter that it needs to be done as my dream Job. My dream job is Lawyer. I am also not sure what type of lawyer I would like to pursue. I was not sure if the last sentence was needed. I really appreciate your help!

During the writing of our assignment from week 2 “Evaluating Corporate Entrepreneurship” I learned a lot about the different types of cultures within an organization, their structure and how they can affect an organization. More importantly, about the other components of an entrepreneurial culture and how it can support and embrace employees to share innovative ideas thus potentially helping the organization as a whole. Being that entrepreneurial cultures tend to maintain a certain level of “openness” to new ideas and changes, this can make for easier policy changes and adaptation with less resistance from employees that would typically defer changes to what they have grown accustomed to.
